May 2017 Marks 30th Anniversary for the North Shore Based Temporary Help/Staffing Services Firm
(Middleton, MA, April 26, 2017) – A milestone is fast approaching for The Resource Connection, Inc. (TRC), a Temporary Help and Staffing Services company, as it celebrates 30 years serving the North Shore and Greater Boston areas.
TRC was founded in a small, one room Middleton office in 1987 by Janet Santa Anna, CSP and Sallyann Tomarchio (now retired). The company has grown substantially over the years, expanding its South Main Street headquarters and adding a Boston office. As President and CEO, Santa Anna leads a full-time staff of 10 and an average of 200 temporary employees at more than 60 client locations on any given day. Customers range from Fortune 500 companies to small, locally owned businesses, in almost every industry, as well as state/local governments, colleges and universities. Since 2012, TRC has been the Prime Vendor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ and the Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium’s temporary help contracts.
