Shonda also is a very dedicated and a highly skilled IT professional with more than 19 years of experience working in the IT department of a local community college where she handled their hardware/software, and student enrollment. In past positions she was also responsible for training and creating training documents. She has a proven record of success analyzing and resolving technical inquiries through the use of troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem solving.
