TRC provides its eligible* employees with a Benefits Program that includes Health Insurance, Paid Holidays, and participation in a 401(k) Plan, “Temp of the Month” Recognition Program, Referral Bonus Program, Direct Deposit, and Free Software Training.

HEALTH INSURANCE:
TRC offers a subsidized group health insurance plan to its eligible* employees through Fallon Community Health Plan. TRC will subsidize 50% of the cost of an Individual Plan and 33% of the cost of a Family Plan. Employees become eligible after completing 455 hours of work in a calendar quarter. The calendar quarters are: Jan – Mar; Apr – June; July – Sept; and Oct – Dec. Eligibility is determined at the end of each quarter for enrollment in the following calendar quarter.

PAID HOLIDAYS
Eligible* employees are paid 5 holidays per year after completing 675 hours of work.  Employees start accumulating hours on January 1st of each year. Employees must work their regularly scheduled shift both the day before and the day after the Holiday to receive holiday pay.

401(k) PLAN with TRC Match:
TRC employees may elect to save for retirement on a before-tax basis in the company’s 401(k) Plan with John Hancock. After working at least 1,000 hours and completing one year of employment, employees aged 21 and older are eligible to participate. TRC will make a matching contribution based on the amount you defer.

"TEMP OF THE MONTH” RECOGNITION PROGRAM:
Each month, a temporary employee is recognized as TRC’s Temp of the Month. TRC customers participate in this program by nominating TRC employees who have shown outstanding work performance.

The Temp of the Month is awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a $50 American Express Gift Check, a press release is sent to the employee’s local newspaper, and recognition is made on TRC’s website (www.resource-connection.com).

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
Referrals are TRC's greatest source of new employees. A Referral bonus will be paid to TRC employees who refer a new candidate who has not registered or worked for TRC before, and the new employee completes a minimum of 80 consecutive hours of work. Click here for a referral bonus form.

FREE SOFTWARE TRAINING:
TRC offers free state of the art software training on Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to qualified employees who are looking to expand their skills or improve outdated skills.

DIRECT DEPOSIT and CHASE PAY CARD PLUS:
TRC recommends Direct Deposit for all of its employees. Employees with Direct Deposit never need replacements for lost or damaged checks, resulting in greater security for you. Weekly paychecks are automatically deposited to your bank account at no charge. Find out how easy it is to have your paycheck direct deposited by calling our office and requesting a Direct Deposit form. For employees who do not have a bank account, our Chase Pay Card Plus Program offers the same security as Direct Deposit in the form of a debit card.
