Temporary Staffing
Services
TRC recruits, screens, and hires its
own employees and assigns them to support or
supplement a customer’s work force. Typically
our customers request Temporary Help for employee
absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal
workloads and special projects. Our employees
are available to work on short term and long-term
assignments ranging in length from one day
to indefinite periods of time.
In addition, all of our staffing coordinators are Certified
Staffing Professionals, a designation awarded by the American
Staffing Association. The CSP program offers a professional
credential through completion of an in-depth study course and
an exam of labor and employment law principles and ethical practices.
Temp to Hire Services
Temp to Hire services allows our customers to evaluate a candidate “on
the job” on a temporary basis. We provide a temporary
employee to meet your specific staffing need with the understanding
that the temporary employee and the customert consider establishing
a “permanent “ employment relationship.
Payrolling Services
Payrolling offers the customer the opportunity to recruit
a worker on their own and assign that individual to TRC's payroll
on a temporary basis.
Direct Hire Services
Direct Hire Placement allows the customer to call on us
to source the most qualified candidates to meet their permanent
hiring needs.

Temporary Services Guarantee: If
a customer is not completely satisfied with the performance
of one of our temporary employees, simply notify TRC within
the first two days of the temporary work assignment and
100% of any charges paid for that employee will be refunded. Of
course, TRC will provide the customer
with a replacement as soon as possible.
Direct Hire Placement Guarantee: TRC offers
a 30-day unconditional replacement guarantee. If the employee
we place leaves or is terminated within 30 calendar days from the
starting date of employment, and TRC is unable to
replace him/her with a comparable candidate, TRC will
refund 100% of the placement fee.
