Candidates are evaluated on their software, data entry and general office skills using state of the art assessment software.  We conduct a personal interview with each and every candidate we place; we check references to validate skills, experience and eligibility for employment and then we select the Best Candidates to match your specific needs.   We guarantee our services 100% and deliver 110% in Service.

Temporary Staffing Services
TRC
recruits, screens, and hires its own employees and assigns them to support or supplement a customer’s work force.  Typically our customers request Temporary Help for employee absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal workloads and special projects.  Our employees are available to work on short term and long-term assignments ranging in length from one day to indefinite periods of time.

 In addition, all of our staffing coordinators are Certified Staffing Professionals, a designation awarded by the American Staffing Association.   The CSP program offers a professional credential through completion of an in-depth study course and an exam of labor and employment law principles and ethical practices. 

Temp to Hire Services
Temp to Hire services allows our customers to evaluate a candidate “on the job” on a temporary basis.  We provide a temporary employee to meet your specific staffing need with the understanding that the temporary employee and the customert consider establishing a “permanent “ employment relationship. 

Payrolling Services
Payrolling offers the customer the opportunity to recruit a worker on their own and assign that individual to TRC's payroll on a temporary basis.

Direct Hire Services
Direct Hire Placement allows the customer to call on us to source the most qualified candidates to meet their permanent hiring needs.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!  We are 100% confident in our ability to ensure your complete satisfaction because we never compromise our proven process when selecting the best candidate for your job opening.  In addition, our Quality Control Program insures consistent follow up with our customers to evaluate every candidate we place.

Temporary Services Guarantee:  If a customer is not completely satisfied with the performance of one of our temporary employees, simply notify TRC within the first two days of the temporary work assignment and 100% of any charges paid for that employee will be refunded.  Of course, TRC will provide the customer with a replacement as soon as possible.

Direct Hire Placement GuaranteeTRC offers a 30-day unconditional replacement guarantee.  If the employee we place leaves or is terminated within 30 calendar days from the starting date of employment, and TRC is unable to replace him/her with a comparable candidate, TRC will refund 100% of the placement fee.
