Resource Connection wins second award

 

BOSTON, May 25, 2004- The Resource Connection (TRC) of Middleton, MA

has won their second quality service award. The Best Vendor Performance Award

was given to the company by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ Affirmative

Market Program, in recognition of demonstrated professionalism and outstanding

record of customer satisfaction. The Co-owners, Sallyann Tomarchio and Janet

Santa Anna, accepted the award at the State House on May 25, 2004. This is the

second award TRC has received recently for quality service. Verizon also

recognized them with their Supplier Excellence Award out of a field of 6,500

vendors.

The Resource Connection (TRC) is a state-certified women-owned staffing

services firm that specializes in both temporary and direct placement of office and

administrative personnel. TRC recruits, screens, and evaluates candidates for

both long term and short term positions.

The Affirmative Market Program’s Executive Director, Monserette Quinones,

said that “The Resource Connection has been participating in statewide contracts

for the past twelve years”. She confirmed TRC’s temporary staffing service has

been outstanding. “Providing excellent customer service starts with

understanding the needs of both our customers and our candidates,” said Janet

TRC has offices in Middleton and Boston, MA. They have been providing
