Excellent Customer Service! That is what a client called to say to Jean T.’s supervisor. In her most recent position, our client reached out to us to let us know of the great job Jean was doing. The client told us of a situation in which Jean demonstrated great customer service skills. Our client stated, “I am happy to say that I received a voicemail from a customer complimenting the excellent customer service he received from Jean. He says her “helpful”, “positive attitude” to resolve his matter was truly appreciated. Our staffing coordinator said that Jean T. has been a pleasure to work with ever since she first registered with us in 2016. Since then, she has successfully completed numerous assignments in which she always goes above and beyond. Jean is always optimistic, poised, and professional.
Prior to joining TRC, Jean worked closely with clients/customers. As a result, she brought a lot of customer service experience from prior jobs. She handled appointments, insurance, and scheduling as well as a high volume of phone calls. All those skills came over to her assignment with The Resource Connection. And, this has made our client very happy with her professionalism.
