Janet Santa Anna, President/CEO of The Resource Connection, Inc. (TRC) was recently named to the North Shore Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. New directors were announced at the Chamber’s 100th Annual Dinner on November 15th. In addition to celebrating its 100th Anniversary, the organization honored Governor Charlie Baker as its 2018 Leadership Award recipient. Jay Ash, Secretary of Housing and Economic Development was the featured speaker and accepted the award on Baker’s behalf.

Santa Anna is active in the community, performing non-profit volunteer work and fundraising. In addition to her new position on the Chamber board, she plays a leadership role with a number of trade and industry associations. This includes being an active member of the American Staffing Association and the Massachusetts Staffing Association where she is on the Board of Directors.
She earned a Master’s Degree in Management with a Specialized Certificate in Organizational Development from Cambridge College School of Management. Further, she is recognized as a Certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association.
