From the moment Laura O. entered our office she had a smile on her face and her positive energy radiated. It was clear to see how professional, articulate, personable, and engaging she was. Laura has administrative and clerical experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. She truly enjoys interacting with people so we knew she would be a great fit for one of our clients.

Laura’s chosen career path is Journalism. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Broadcast Journalism. Laura decided to work temporary positions while she moves up to the next phase in her journalistic career. She likes the flexibility allowed by a temporary position.
Laura said: Honestly, the staff at TRC have been very helpful in my process to find additional work. They worked to help me find a place that would work for my schedule and where my skills would benefit. The TRC staff are very communicative with all comments, questions, or concerns during my search and placement. I appreciate that. As for the staff at my temporary assignment, they are amazing! They are so positive and helpful especially in a department where it’s highly busy and stressful. When I needed anything, or when I’m not sure of how to go about a situation they are always there. When they ask how I’m doing, they really mean it. It makes the job less stressful than it already is. I appreciate the great energy and vibes that they give when I’m there.
Despite her education and previous work experience, Laura treats her temporary Administrative Support position with the same level of professionalism she would display in any other full time permanent position. Laura is a great communicator and she truly thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
